🏢 I’ve previously worked at Alorica for nearly 13 years and Advocate Aurora Health. Also ran my own small business CRIT Solution LLC for five years and going.

CRIT Solution LLC grew from years of hands-on technology experience, beginning with side work in electronics repair, setup, and technical support dating back to 2006. What started as helping people solve everyday technology problems eventually became an opportunity to provide more structured Technology Integration and Services as a small business based in Homewood, Illinois.

Like many others during the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw firsthand how important adaptability, self-reliance, and dependable technology support had become. That season created the opportunity to build CRIT Solution around the knowledge, skills, and problem-solving experience I had developed over the years.

Today, my goal is to maintain a full-time professional career while operating CRIT Solution with a focused and reliable service model. This allows me to bring real-world workplace experience, professionalism, and practical technical knowledge into the support I provide. The goal is not to be the biggest technology company, but to be a trusted local resource for people and organizations that need honest, capable, and approachable help.

CRIT Solution primarily supports local small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations, while also providing service to residential customers and other organizations when the need fits. Whether the issue involves device setup, troubleshooting, networking, business systems, websites, or general technology guidance, the focus remains the same: practical solutions, clear communication, and dependable support.
